The aim of Ayurveda is to preserve health by keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance and to treat diseases. To achieve this goal, Ayurveda applies a holistic approach by using diet, exercise, relaxation, detoxification, and herbal medicine. Ayurveda is an ancient science of life. It guides us in preventive and curative health. Yoga is a boon for modern life. It helps to prevent and treat lifestyle diseases by promoting inner happiness. Therapeutic yoga is the application of yogic practices like asana, pranayama, meditation, detox, etc. to stress-induced disorders.
