The aim of Ayurveda is to preserve health by keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance and to treat the diseases. To achieve this goal, Ayurveda applies holistic approach by using diet, exercise, relaxation, detoxification and herbal medicine. Due to our poor lifestyle , we are facing to number of diseases like depression, anxiety, diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain, gastritis etc. Ayurveda can provides us the way of better life which incorporates physical, social mental, spiritual well-being. This course helps to understand and practise Ayurveda way of life for better quality of life by improving yoga and Ayurveda based lifestyle.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 / arrival before 3 pm, consultation with Ayurveda experts, room allocation
  • Last day/check out day : at 3 pm

Main days

  • 6:30 am -7:30 am: yoga practice
  • 7:30 am – 8: 00 am: tea
  • 8:00 am -9:30 am: self-study/tuning into nature/ Ayurveda therapy
  • 9: 30 am -11:00 am: meal and rest
  • 11:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Theory class
  • 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Ayurveda therapy and practical
  • 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Breakfast/food
  • 3:00 pm -4:00 pm : rest
  • 4: 00 pm – 5:00 pm: tuning to nature/ self study
  • 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: rest
  • 6: 00 pm – 7: 30 pm: yoga and meditation practice
  • 7:30 pm – 8: 30 pm: dinner
  • 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm: happy assembly/question-answer session/self study
  • 9:00 pm : bed
